Although demand continues to exceed supply, Spain and its Costas have senior or retirement living developments and communities for the retiree. With our experienced partners, Spain Senior Living offers access to a wide range of independent living options. In cases where independent living options are not available, or are full/have a waiting list, or a client is searching for an assisted living or care solution, then we operate a fee-based search service.

Our options and area of coverage extend along much of the Mediterranean coastline, from the Costa de Valencia to the Costa de la Luz. The developments with which we have an agreement or contact are designed to deliver retirement communities.

The sites to which we have access are in different locations, some urban, others coastal, and some slightly inland. Most are in flat, accessible locations, but due to the topography in some regions such as the Costa del Sol, some sites are in elevated positions with more difficult access to the coast. On-site amenities and facilities reduce the need for leaving the community. In some cases, regular shuttle services for residents transport them to local amenities, including shopping, the beach, and medical facilities.

Many sites are also located conveniently close to major regional hospitals.

Choose from a range of options including apartments, cottages, single rooms, double rooms or shared rooms. Services may include medical support, nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychological support, hydrotherapy, massages, animation, sports. On some sites, most residents are independent so the focus is less on care than it is on community living.

We have both rental options and age-restricted properties for sale, the latter mainly in independent living locations.
